Four steps to
achieving one!
Over many years of work in trichology, we
have built up a vast amount of experience and know-how.
As a result, we can evaluate each case individually
and guarantee all patients the results they expect.
Achieving a new image is so much easier than you
ever thought possible.
There are just four steps to a new image:
1. CONSULTATION. An
HSD expert will evaluate the condition of your hair
and explain what results can be expected. All your
questions will be answered, and you will be shown
photographs of previous cases similar to your own.
You will also be informed about the nature of the
transplant procedure, its duration and the costs
involved.
2. VISIT. An HSD
expert will thoroughly examine the hairless areas
on your scalp, the type
of thinning you are experiencing and the
current distribution of your hair. He will then
suggest the most suitable hair transplant programme
for your condition, bearing in mind all the factors
involved. Your own wishes will, of course, be taken
into consideration, but our expert will also bear
in mind your present hairline, the presence of donor
hair to transplant, the shape and proportions of
your face and head, and your personality.
3. TRANSPLANT.
Our expert will carefully select the most suitable
donor area and identify which hair follicles to
transplant. Each bulb will be transplanted individually
to a natural location in the area being treated,
and implanted so that it will grow in the natural
direction for that area’s hair. The number
of hairs transplanted and the number of sessions
required vary from case to case. No surgical stitches
will be required.
4. POST-TRANSPLANT.
You can go home immediately. No recovery period
is necessary, but for the first three days after
the transplant you should avoid strenuous physical
exercise. Most patients can resume normal activity
after three days. You will also be able to wash
your hair after two or three days. The last scabs
will disappear in about ten days. The newly implanted
hair will gradually and discretely begin to grow,
and no signs of surgery will be visible either in
the implant area or in the donor area.
Finally, you will regain the confidence lost as
a result of your hair loss, and you will soon start
to feel great about your new hair. And nobody will
ever know that you have had surgery unless you tell
them!
